Location: 25 km from downtown Halifax and 45 km from international Airport, on Route 207 East/Marine Drive, 2.2 km past Lawrencetown Beach, the best surf beach in Nova Scotia. Turn right at Three Fathom Harbour road sign, first street on your right is Spruce Court - Nr. 86 is the olive, yellow, red complex.
